Our Why

The Everett Woods Foundation was born from a promise made in grief. After losing our child to stillbirth caused by preeclampsia and unmanaged high blood pressure, we committed ourselves to making sure other families do not face the same preventable outcome. We believe no parent should lose a child because warning signs were missed, care was delayed, or a community lacked the resources to act. That is why our work bridges deep technology and direct human impact — building early-warning tools, expanding maternal health education, and strengthening the communities that hold families together.
